Indeed nazism is wrong but your and other if these so called activists do the same as them only in a modern non violent ,non sadistic way. The real fascist are the ones forbidding people from talking, the ones who cancel other for having a different opinion, the ones who cheer for the indigenous people to stand up but then say fck you to the indigenous people of europe. Its as if you would say hindoes are nazi because the swastika is a reverse hindoe sun symbol. The fact that people like you want to forbid that even tho you dont even know if those people rally for nazism makes you the intolerant fascist. The fact that you use that to call people nazis makes you a racist against german people (assuming it peans they're nazis) and at the same time you are prejudicing those people by their taste for cars, you expect because that car has history in german that those people actively follow nazism. They're just cars that happend to be made during that time period by germans. Cars and clothes without nazi insignia arent nazi at all. I'm also tired of pretending that it's somehow "not fair" to link this to the rise of extreme right wing political factions in Flanders, and "not politically neutral" to just shame these people out the doorĪnd who are precisely the nazis for assuming the people in those golfs follow or honor a certain religion based on the color and choice of their car. At the same time, people that (supposedly, presumably) still oppose fascism, pretend this is not happening. I'm getting real tired real fast of how normalized this kind of outright fascism-supporting behavior is becoming, like just people explicitly driving nazi cars and just feeling quite confident doing so, when they are clearly being seen out in public. They mostly yell me to shut up and try to ingore me. I actually call to the owners like what the hell they think they're doing, who they are etc. I went out in the street and I trace the noise of the racist engines. It so happens that I'm a bit into cars and lets say I have a lot of friends that believe in anti fascist activism. It's one of the big Hitler cars, probably a close one after Mercedes. Nothing special, as exams are ending and all type of events are typical Leuven student fare.Īfter the movie I notice that their cars were actually VW Golfs, which is definitely not a car you want to drive in public unless you want people to know you're cool with Nazism. Okay so I was visiting a friend of mine in the center of Leuven, we were watching a movie together.
